Two bedroom apartment in the neighborhood of Los Remedios, on a 12th floor, being the highest building in the area, and the highest residential building in Seville, with spectacular views.
There is an area of the house dedicated to professional massages, sports, relaxing..etc. free massage included for the tenant who wants it.
The room overlooks the Giralda and has air conditioning and heating. It has two small beds.
Apartment ideal for people traveling alone and / or accompanied.
The room can be used by one or two people. There are two metro stops 5 minutes away, bike path and bus stops right next to the apartment, being 15 minutes walk from the historic center, surrounded by the best tapas bars in Seville, double glazed windows, overlooking pedestrian area, where tranquility and silence is the usual tonic, is 200 meters from the cover of the fair and near the exit of several brotherhoods of Holy Week.
If you wish you can practice nudism, open, familiar, comfortable and quiet atmosphere.
There is an area enabled to work, next to the living room window, so you have natural light, desk and ergonomic office chair.
I have two cats. Not suitable for people allergic to cats.
When work allows me, I like to have a few beers with my tenants on the terrace, and to provide them with the best information about the city of Seville.
