The building is located in one of the most authentic neighborhoods of the city and in the avenue with more trees of all Seville. The Barrio de la Macarena is famous for its wall and the Basilica de la Macarena well known for the Holy Week. There are many picturesque bars in the area. A few minutes from the building, in Calle Previsión, we can choose among many of them. If we want to go to a concert or cultural event, we can go to Café Tarifa on Miraflores Avenue or SinMiedo on Cruz Roja Avenue.

Carlos was is a great host and made it all so easy for me to check in earlier. We got to share a lot about Spanish and Panama culture, and loved his recommendations for a quick tour around the city.

Carlos is kind, hospitable, considerate, helpful, and a long list of other positive characteristics which would be too much for this review. He was beyond supportive throughout my entire stay. A wonderful person to get in contact with and meet. His house is nicely decorated, and the room is spacious, illuminated, and silent enough for a great night sleep. Location is about 15' away on a short bike trip from the main milestones in the city, 12' away from the Train Station, and surrounded by drugstores, markets and bars in case you want something chill for the day. I would recommend this listing and would come back again.

Carlos is the perfect host. He makes you feel confident from the first moment. His house is beautiful and well-maintained and the room is very spacious, bright and well-ventilated. Definitely a place to return to. Thank you so much Carlos for all your attention.

It was a pleasure staying at Carlos's place! His apartment is so cozy and comfortable, clean and sweet-smelling, that I've felt welcome instantly. Also, it's in a nice area of Sevilla, full of bars and shops, and there are many buses nearby to move around. Unfortunately, I couldn't meet Carlos, but he was always very friendly on the phone, helpful and supportive. I'll definitely come back! Thank you Carlos!

It was a pleasure to stay at Carlos's home. Carlos is very friendly and great company. Very knowledgeable about what to do and where to go. The apartment is very welcoming, tidy and clean. About 20 minutes walking to places of interest in the city. A very nice experience.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Carlos place. I had a great time staying at his lovely apartment. He's so clean and hospitable. When I arrived the bedsheets smelled to fresh and the room as so tidy that I instantly felt home. He gave a lot of tips for local tapas places and gave me directions. The walking distance from the place to the old town is around 25 minutes but it's sevilla so walking a lot is expected. I would totally come back!
