The space

28m2 air-conditioned studio (bedroom separate from living room) in the heart of the Saint Roch district, a quiet, renovated neighborhood. Bed linen and towels are provided. The sofa is not a sofa bed. The apartment is located on the top floor, accessible by elevator.

Guest access

This is an entire apartment. You will therefore have unrestricted access to the entire apartment.

Bedroom: double bed, wardrobe with hanging space, opening onto west-facing balcony.

Living room: flat-screen TV with box, free WiFi access point, opening onto south-east-facing terrace. Terrace of 18m2, unobstructed view of the Nice Observatory hills.

Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, electric oven, induction hob, microwave. Coffee machine available.

Bathroom: shower, washbasin and WC.

Interaction with guests

I've set up a computerized welcome guide that I'll send you about ten days before your arrival, with information on how to get around the region, the best restaurants, what to see...

What's more, I'm always available via the MISTER BNB messaging system or ******** in case you need anything.

As you can see from my many customer reviews, I've had a lot of guests from all over the world, and it will always be a pleasure to open the doors of my apartment to you.

Getting around

By car: 10 minutes from the "Est Nice - Le port" freeway exit. By train: 15 minutes by streetcar from Nice Ville station. By plane: accessible by streetcar from the airport. And of course, a 10-minute streetcar ride from the port, the old town and the seafront.

As you can see, you have access to my photos, my profile and a detailed description of my apartment. So I'd like to know a little about you, who will be living in my apartment for a few days.

For reasons of trust and security, I would ask you to add a profile photo, a short comment about yourself, and to have your telephone number and ID verified by MISTER BNB. I will then be happy to accept your reservation request.
