Mt. Maplewood Lodge is a private, rustic lodge with a boutique hotel feel. 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins + HOT TUB!

The Mt. Maplewood Lodge is an amazing rustic lodge on 1/2 acre, with a huge wraparound deck, central air, covered hot tub, pool table, and multiple televisions.

The massive front deck overlooks the heavily wooded property; you may even hear the on-site stream rippling in the background. There is a separate downstairs Rec room with a pool table and large flat-screen television. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as 2 bathrooms. It is a perfect home for family gatherings and is kid friendly with a full-size crib and high chair.

Let's do a quick review to make sure we are a correct match. ALL Guests must be at least 30 years old unless accompanied by parent/guardian, quiet hours after 9 pm outside, and NO parties. - Certain PETS are allowed with prior APPROVAL of what type, age, and how many. We allow for up to two ******** house-trained pets maximum, for an additional fee per pet upon approval of the owner. - CSA Travel Protection is available at propertydamageprotection. - HOA quiet hours after 9 pm for a serene experience. Please read the rules, regulations, and rental agreement for signing.

The cleaning Fee includes Hot Tub cleaning, interior cleaning, and quick check-in/out procedures to ensure the prompt return of your ********.

Hello, my name is Ricky and I’m a designer from NJ. I grew up in upstate NY, lived in NYC for 15 years then moved to Maplewood with my husband and 2 kids, 4 years ago. We have family in the Poconos and love enjoying what every season has to offer, but in the summer we also love to travel. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do and feel like is your home away from home! Interesting fact: I was a professional actor for a decade while performing in two Broadway National Tours and 40 + shows! To this day I can't live without singing, dancing, sailing . . . and dark chocolate! Why we chose Pocono Lake We have been dreaming for years of owning a place of our own in the Poconos, close to our family. We waited until had the opportunity to purchase a home in the amazing Arrowhead Lake community. I didn't go on many vacations as a child and now I get to share this beautiful home and community with my family, friends and new guests we hope will come back every year to share in all that the Poconos has to offer. We are truly blessed and hope you get the same feeling we do every time we return. Cleaning Fee Includes: $300 for 3200 sq. ft.; 3 Floors, 4BR, 3 Bath, 13 Beds, 2 Kitchens, FULL Hot Tub emptying & cleaning, blankets/comforters/shams, cleaning and refilling shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish soaps, etc. It is a very large house and takes approx. 4 hours for at least 2 people in between rentals. What makes this Chateau / Country House unique From the moment we saw the open floor plan, rec room, 2 jacuzzis, 2 stone fireplaces, 2 lakes and 3 pools we knew our family would fit in. Especially once we added the HOT TUB! There is so much to do every season from skiing, golfing and waterparks, to sailing, concerts and biking or tennis. We will give you access to our Mt. Maplewood site that has year round activities listed and updated seasonally. Because we have purchased a yearly membership at ALCA, we get to extend that benefit to you, our guests for a fraction of what most resorts charge! You'll also have the ability to purchase amenity badges to Arrowhead Lake's 3 pools & 2 lakes with boating, fishing, heated outdoor pool, community center, tennis, fitness center, large game room and activities for the entire family.

It is located in one of the most beautiful communities in the Poconos. Lake Naomi is rated as a one of the premiere country club resort communities in the entire country. It has the largest heated outdoor swimming pool in Pennsylvania, with a high diving board, kiddie pool and huge water slide that drops you out about 5 feet above the water! All of this is set on one of the most stunning lakes you have ever seen. In addition there is a huge tennis complex, seven beaches with boat rentals, sailing lessons and more. This resort community is the "Hamptons" of the Poconos. If the weather is not cooperating, there is a large community center with an indoor pool, gym, tennis courts and gymnasium. The Mt. Maplewood Lodge is 1/3 of a mile from the outdoor pool and 1 mile from the main beach club. * HOA quiet hours after dark for a serene experience.

There are many near-by attractions including Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, Aquatopia Waterpark & Ski Resort, Mount Airy Casino, Camel Beach, a huge Crossroads outlet mall, horseback riding, fishing, multiple golf courses, go-karting, Bushkill falls, white water rafting, NASCAR and more. Camelback Mountain is a quick 10 miles away.

The Mt. Maplewood Lodge is located right of Rt. 940 and 10mi from Camelback Skiing & 14mi from the Lake Harmony area which also includes Jack Frost & Big Boulder mountains for fabulous skiing. If you would like a change of pace the historic village of Jim Thorpe which boasts skirmish paintball & whitewater rafting is a short 25 minute drive.

There is so much to do every season from skiing, golfing and waterparks, to sailing, concerts and biking or tennis. We will give you access to our Mt. Maplewood Lodge site that has year round activities listed and updated seasonally. Because we are part of the 5-star Lake Naomi Club we get to extend that benefit to you, our guests for a fraction of what most resorts charge! You'll also have the ability to purchase access to Lake Naomi's 277-acre lake with boating, fishing, (heated) outdoor pools, indoor pool & splash park, sauna, spa, indoor tennis, fitness center, large game room and activities for everyone.
