A dignified 1900 Victorian on a residential block just steps from restaurants, clubs and bars.
The cozy bedroom with a queen bed accomodates one or two guests.
The queen bed in the grand (350 sq ft) bedroom with TV (Roku and Netflix) is available for groups needing more than one bed. A queen or twin airbed can also be placed in that room for larger groups.
Guests have exclusive use of the 2nd floor bathroom with bidet toilet.
Use of the 2nd bedroom costs a flat $35/night. The website overccharges for reservations for 4 or more guests. Tell us how many are in your group in your initial message to get correct pricing.
The entire 1st floor, including kitchen, dining room and living room. The marble bathroom with bidet toilet and double shower is shared with the host couple and available for your use. Guests often eat meals with us in the dining room with food they have ordered or cooked. we provide esspresso and tea in the kitchen.
Relax in the very private backyard garden (clothing optional with a bit of discretion).
We are Covid vaccinated.
Street parking permit available.
