I am a gay Latino male living in this beautiful 4 bedroom 3 Bathroom row house. The room you would have is one of 2 basement bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is occupied by a tenant. There is a parking space, washer/dryer for your use. We all share the kitchen and living room.

The master bedroom for rent is in the basement. Price is for 1 or 2 guests. The bedroom has a private bathroom and large closet. The room is approximately 350 square feet.

Very generous host. Beautifully laid out. The shower was ... WONDERFUL!!! I had a small rental, so parking on the weekend was pretty good. It did fit well in the alley area. Would definitely stay with Gerardo again.

Gerardo maintained open communication since the day of booking. He received me during the check-in. The house is exactly as described in the pictures. Beautiful artwork. My space was clean and I enjoyed my morning coffee and fruit. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality Gerardo!

Gerardo was an amazing host with the place in close proximity to bus stops and green and red metro lines makes it easy to get to the national mall with only a short walk.

Gerardo is the most incredible host, very educated man. I had a great time in his beautiful house, very clean and amazing, full of artwork and full of love. Super comfortable bed—I slept like a baby. We shared a great meal and his company is the best. I felt like I was visiting a great friend. The metro lets you visit all of DC in a very easy way. I travel a lot and this is the best. I recommend this house for everyone who wants a great experience with a great clean place and a wonderful host. Thank you very much, Gerardo. I can't wait to come back.
