I am a gay Latino male living in this beautiful 4 bedroom 3 Bathroom row house. The room you would have is one of 2 basement bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is occupied by a tenant. There is a parking space, washer/dryer for your use. We all share the kitchen and living room.
The master bedroom for rent is in the basement. Price is for 1 or 2 guests. The bedroom has a private bathroom and large closet.
The room is approximately 350 square feet.
I am half a block from the bus stop at Florida Ave and First St NW
Liquor store on corner 3 minute walk
10 minute walk to grocery stores
15 minute walk to Capital Hill
15 minute walk to China Town
10 minute walk to NY Ave metro station
15 minute walk to Howard metro station
