You will have own room in a two-story house. The house itself is ~1.5 miles from the nearest metro, close-ish to EcoStage and the Arboretum, but not close to the main attractions (~3 miles to the Capitol). However, it’s pretty well positioned to explore DC’s lesser known sites.
There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and I can get a cot for the 3rd person. You will have own bathroom, and full access to the kitchen and the living room. Parking is plentiful. NO DRUGS of any kind in the house (that includes pot or pot cartridges).
