Really enjoyed my stay. Paul keeps the place spotless and comfortable. The location is great, close to local transportation, stores and restaurants. I was able to access all parts of downtown quickly and easily. The NoMa area is the hottest part of town now, Union Market great. Paul is friendly and fun

Paul's place is comfortable, clean, and orderly. It's in a quiet part of town, but I could walk, bike, or scoot to the Capitol! Paul himself was friendly and hospitable.

Paul's place is beautiful and had everything I needed for a few days sightseeing in DC. I mostly used the public bikes to get around with most sights within a 15-20min cycle and coffee / food walkable. Thanks Paul!

I had a great stay with Paul and his lovely townhouse in the H Street Corridor. It's super clean, spacious and Paul makes his guests feel right at home. Paul was away much of the time, but we overlapped a bit and I really enjoyed talking to him. The house is just a few blocks from booming H street which has tons of great restaurants, cafes, etc. It's about a 20 min walk to Capitol Hill. You'll need to ride the metro or take a ride share to gay bars, so just keep that in mind. I highly recommend!

I just left Paul's gorgeous townhome and he was right- I didn't want to leave his place. His home is beautifully designed and furnished impeccably. The house was spotless and I wanted for nothing the entire time I was there. One block away is a great coffeehouse, and the walk to Whole Foods was less than 7 minutes from his doorstep. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks for allowing me to stay in your amazing home!
