Our place is just steps from Logan Circle and 14th Street ✨ DC’s iconic gayborhood ✨ putting you within walking distance of incredible restaurants, cocktail bars, coffee shops, boutiques, nightlife, and some of the best queer spots in the city.
Your private second-floor bedroom in our shared home features a comfortable queen bed, beautiful natural light, and your own private bathroom just across the hall. Guests also have access to our first-floor living spaces, including a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor balcony perfect for morning coffee, relaxing after exploring the city, or enjoying a drink at home.
We love welcoming guests, especially those visiting DC for the first time. We’re always happy to share our favorite brunch spots, hidden gems, LGBTQ+ nightlife recommendations, cocktail bars, and local tips. If you’re feeling social, we’d love to swap stories, share a drink, or help you experience DC like a local, but we’re also happy to give you all the privacy you need.

Our home has a relaxed, social atmosphere, and friends may stop by for dinner, game nights, or a drink on the balcony. If we're hanging out, you're always welcome to join! Make yourself at home and enjoy the shared kitchen, living room, and balcony, just clean up after yourself when you're finished. If anything gets damaged during your stay, simply let us know so we can take care of it. We're a very alcohol- and 420-friendly household, but we ask that other drugs be left at home. If you'd like to smoke or vape, please use the balcony and keep the doors closed.
We're also pretty easygoing when it comes to visitors. We understand that travel often means meeting new people and having some fun, so if you'd like to have someone over, you're welcome to do so. We just ask that you don't share the building's gate code and instead meet your guest at the entrance. If you're ever unsure about anything, don't hesitate to ask.
