A little piece of Logan Circle

Kyle & Dylan are wonderful hosts. They are super friendly and welcoming, from the moment I arrived I felt at home. They gave great tips on things to do and it was great to get to know them! I'd definitely go back and stay with them. The location is perfect for visiting the touristy sites as well as gay attractions

So great I had to return for round 2 and fully plan on staying with Kyle and Dylan a 3rd time for the same conference next year! Convenient, affordable, helpful, comfortable. All the best things when you book a room :)

I had a great stay here and would definitely stay again. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything I wanted to do. Kyle was out of town during my visit, but Dylan was a wonderful host. He was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. We even spent some time hanging out and watching TV one night. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely stay here again on future trips

My partner and I had a fantastic stay in DC, and Kyle's place was a highlight of the trip. The location is unbeatable—we were able to walk to several incredible restaurants, a local coffee shop, and a wine bar Kyle recommended. A special shout-out to Stella and Cheeto, who were the perfect "vacation cats" and made the space feel like home. We'll definitely be checking Kyle's availability first for all our future DC visits.

Kyle's place was super and he was a great host. Nice extra touches... candles, a fire in the fireplace, and Kyle had lots of neighborhood insights he was willing to share. His place is walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. I look forward to another visit soon.

This was the ultimate misterb&b experience! Perfect location, close to everything like bars, restaurants, gay area, sightseeing and Metro. The apt is in a nice and quiet neighborhood in a safe and lovely house. The room is upstairs, very nice, and the kitchen very well equipped. We made breakfast and stored groceries. The bed was good and we got our own bathroom. Best of all was the host Kyle! A supersweet host who took good care of us. Reliable and fun! Made us feel like home! We wanna come back!! Thx!!
