my friend and I are renting a room in a 1930s house Close to public transport Place Bellecours by bus 25 min away Streetcar two stations to Part Dieu, and Perrache via Confluence about 10 minutes' walk from the house Close to the ring road to Marseille, Grenoble or Geneva The house is quiet and comfortable, with a large private bathroom and toilet. For the price of €80, the classic breakfast (fruit juice, bread, pastries) is included. Meal on request of 20 Euro(s) further details in the room rules and regulations will be provided. We welcome you for events in Lyon, such as December 8th, the Fête des Lumières, July 14th, seminars, congresses, exhibitions and fairs. Vendors welcome from 6.30pm. Cheerful and friendly. for exceptional circumstances, I can rent you another room with a sofa bed. We remain at your disposal attention the room is taken for the weekend of December 8, 2018.I am flexible for your arrival we can park your car with us
