A well maintained cozy apartment in Mitte, area of Central Berlin, close to Alexanderplatz, minute walk from Jannowitzbrucke U- and S-Bahn (train) station, offers guests including all needed facilities. This apartment accommodation comprises one bedroom with comfortable super king size bed and sofa. There is also a small desk with office chair, tv, and free wifi.
The kitchen is fully equipped 3 bar stools. Appliances include dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, electric stove with 2 hotplates and standard accessories such as cutlery, cups, plates, utensils. There is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The guests are provided with towels, bedsheets, shampoo. There is street side parking outside the building which is available most of the time.

3. When you leave my home, please lock the door and the window, and switch the lights off in the flat.
4. If you break or damage something or if anything is missing you must replace it.
5. No parties or unauthorised guests in the house. No overnight guests. Only the guest(s) who booked may stay overnight. No exceptions
6. When you go to bed at night to sleep please switch off the lights in the bathroom and all flat.
7. I will not tolerate you or your guests insulting, harassment, intimidating or abusing me, or other guests or my co-host.
8. Zero-Tolerance Policies.
• No sexual harassment (explicit messages, advances, or inappropriate behavior)
If you break these rules or not agree with them, extra fees will apply (Maximum ********) and the contract will be terminated immediately without refund or compensation.
