Modern flat Berlin Alexander Platz, 15 min Berghain & 5 min Kitkat

Roman was very helpful in welcoming me to the flat and to give advice on gay life in Berlin. The apartment is centrally located, with good U-Bahn links to Nollendorfplatz (5 min walk to Klosterstr) and Mitte areas. Hauptbahnhof is about 15 min away by S-Bahn.

Roman apartment was exactly what we needed for our weekend escapade to Berlin. It was perfectly located near public transport so we could move easily across the city. Roman was very responsive and shared great recommendations for the area. We'll be back!

Very good location, close to various clubs and touristic sights (Holzmarkt, East Side Gallery, Alexanderplatz, etc). Roman was also another bonus of my trip, as he was very welcoming and sweet. I believe it has a fair price for ******** offered.

Roman was a great host - very communicative - and the flat is cosy, well equipt, and in a fantastic area. It also has the most powerful water pressure I've ever known! Highly recommend.

Made a same day booking via instant booking. Received host's contact info & texted host to let them know about last minute booking, arrival time, etc. and got a response approx 90 minutes later. Host sent over some additional questions for me to answer and approx 70 minutes after submitting questions, flat was ready for me. Easy process to access flat once I arrived and flat was as described and clean. Wifi worked without issues. Upon inquiring on how to use espresso machine, informed it was non-functional since waiting for a replacement part. Location convenient to transportation and Alexanderplatz. Check out process easy.

I really enjoyed the apartment – it is centrally located and therefore ideal for a stay in Berlin. Communication with Roman was quick and uncomplicated. I would book the accommodation again anytime and can only recommend it.

It was an ideal stay. The apartment is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. Roman was very friendly and understanding. I had a minor problem with breaking my key, and he was very understanding and kind. I really hope to book this apartment again when I return to Berlin. Thank you for everything.

Staying at Roman's flat is incredible! The place is in the central of Berlin and easily accessible. It's clean, comfy bed, and has everything that you might need during you stay. Roman himself was very kind and always making sure that your stay is perfect! He gave some suggestions about places to go and always available for any questions you might have. Highly recommend his place to stay when you visiting Berlin! I definitely will come back again ☺

This is my second stay with Roman this year and this stay was just as good as the last. Roman personally met me to hand over the keys as he was in town, which made check in a breeze. The apartment is excellently appointed with all the basics, has a washing machine so one can do laundry, and is located next door to a grocery store which made buying food for my longer stay convenient. Excellent walking distance to Berghain, KitKat, and Tresor, and literally across the street from an S Bahn and U Bahn station. 11/10 host - I'll be back!

VERY CREEPY. DO NOT BOOK!! Host was extremely rude and did something with the keys. All his reviews that are negative talk about him being rude or weird with the keys. The vibe was so like intuitively weird that I had to just leave and book a hotel because it felt very unsafe, even sinister. Host also got extremely hostile and rude. The place also had cigarette smell and burn marks on the floor
