When booking this room you are agreeing with these 8 simple rules. 1. Smoking only in the balcony please. 2. Please do not wear shoes in the flat. 3. When you leave my home, please lock the door, the window & switch the lights off in the flat. 4. If you break or damage something or if anything is missing you must replace it. 5. No parties or unauthorised guests in the house. No overnight guests. Only the guest(s) who booked may stay overnight. No exceptions 6. When you go to bed at night to sleep please switch off the lights in the bathroom and all flat. 7. I will not tolerate you or your guests insulting, harassment, intimidating or abusing me, or other guests or my co-host. 8. Zero-Tolerance Policies. No sexual harassment (explicit messages, advances, or inappropriate behavior) If you break these rules or not agree with them, extra fees will apply (€1000) and the contract will be terminated immediately without refund or compensation. If no one there to check you out, please lock the door and post the keys through the letter box. Regular Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. till latest 9 p.m. and Check-out is possible till latest 11 a.m. An earlier or later check-in and check outs is possible, but only if applied and confirmed before the booking!
