Nice apartment in a good located area, beautifull livingroom with intresting mixed interior. Chaming and cosy! Yassine is a very nice host, the communication with him ist excellent and fast. Perfect for one or two persons. RER Luxembourg is very close.

Excellent value for money for this neighborhood in central Paris and proximity to RER B (ideal for getting to Les Halles). The apartment is spacious with a real bathroom, a real living room, a real bedroom and a real kitchen. For your nights' comfort, don't forget your earplugs because rue Gay Lussac is a busy thoroughfare. As for maintenance, the floor surface is covered with carpet... you like it or you don't ;)

A beautiful, quite spacious and bright apartment located 350m from the Luxembourg Garden. Yassine's welcome was pleasant and he was able to recommend some places in the neighborhood. Finally, beyond his availability and kindness, Yassine gave us all the necessary information for our stay to go well. Thank you again.

I had a great stay in this lovely, comfortable and quiet apartment with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It is ideally located just steps away from Normale Sup / Mouffetard / Contrescarpe / Luxembourg / Panthéon. Two metro stations away from Les Halles.

Yassine was very responsive and communicated well. He met me at the apartment to be sure I was settled in, even thought my flight arrival was a bit late. Very much appreciated! The apartment was great for my 2 day stay during week nights. The bed was COMFORTABLE (the most important thing!). The apartment is in a convenient and relatively quiet neighborhood, . No noisy bars or clubs nearby! I was able to sleep well with the windows open (using ear plugs to cover a bit of traffic noise). I would definitely stay here again!
