Our place has 2 nice bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The living room is opened with the kitchen. It includes a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, 4 stoves, a washing machine and a dryer. The living room is very light, with a view on the patio and the mountain, with a Smart TV, a ******** Home and WIFI. The full place has AC. The patio includes 2 sofas and a gas barbecue. Conveniently located one mile from the heart of downtown and gay bar district, unit was clean, nicely decorated and furnished, with every household amenity and kitchen equipment you might need. Quality mattress and bedding insured good sleep. Walk-in closets for each bedroom allowed ample space for hanging and unpacking. Expansive courtyard with mountain views was great. Were also very helpful in providing an extensive list of eating/drinking recommendations, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Julien and Derrick's lovely condo worked perfectly for us. Attractively furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen featuring new appliances, and a welcome outdoor patio for morning coffee and evening drinks, the apartment was also just around the corner from one of the two pools and the tennis courts, which we used daily. And the host/owners were readily accessible and helpful.
