Franco is an incredibly welcoming host who truly makes you feel at home. His place is a hidden gem—spacious, super clean, and perfectly located for exploring Cagliari. The little touches, like the fresh morning coffee and the comfortable, fresh-smelling sheets, made for a fantastic stay. Having secure gated parking was a great bonus as well. It's the perfect base for your trip, and I would absolutely recommend staying here if your budget is limited and you want to be in the central area of the city.

We had a fantastic stay with Franco! He is incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and matched the photos perfectly, and the location is ideal for exploring Cagliari. The morning coffee was a lovely touch, and the secure gated parking gave us great peace of mind. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect spot to to explore Cagliari. Franco is the sweetest host and always made perfect Italian coffee in the morning. Would recommend this hidden gem to my friends! The bed sheets smelled really nice and the place was super clean.

Franco is incredible, he makes you feel very comfortable in his home, the room is great, very spacious and very much in line with the photos, the bathroom is for private use and is great, very spacious and clean, I was able to park inside the condominium, the TV is great with very good content to enjoy, Thank you very much Franco for the kindness of preparing breakfast... 100% recommended

Had an amazing stay. Hospitality next level 🩷. Franco made me the best coffee in the mornings. AC blew cold. Bed was comfortable. Home was beautiful. Really enjoyed my time. And thanks for the great beach advice

Franco is a courteous and very helpful gentleman. The apartment is conveniently located in the center with internal parking. The room is spacious. Recommended for people with modest expectations.
