Hey I’m Kari! Real estate analyst and performance artist. I just moved into my apartment so I am crafting my place out more but I have plenty of space to host you while in town. While I am happy to hang out and socialize I work alot. I stay very busy inside and outside the home.
I have a one bedroom, I am open to you sleeping in the bed with me, by yourself or sleeping on air mattress. (please mention)
And lounge chair. minimalistic room, basic full bed, large spacious living room, huge closet and kitchen, hard grey paneled floors, Stainless steel appliances are other features. No WIFI or TV (currently in the room)
I and other guests sleep in the lounge with panels.
I go out often and work through the day. Some of time I’m clothing optional when I’m home but it’s not a must for me. I’m willing to show you around and hang with you while you are here if I have the time or feel free to come and go as you please thank you.

I film a lot of ******** videos to grow my ******** . I club and bar hop regularly and very quiet at home. I’m one of top hosts in LA. I’m also one of the most well known names and personas in Hollywood. I don’t have cable or WiFi for you so I normally just play house music or YouTube videos on my tv. 420 is ok and I keep a bottle of vodka handy. I’m down to earth and all my visitors say I’m super chill it’s refreshing plus I’m a southerner so I know a thing about hospitality.

You’re free to hang out nude, prefer most smoking outdoors unless its really late night, small dogs are allowed as I have two. Please no TINA or Meth or G users. I have had the worst experience with guests under these influences. Please be mindful if I am in the living room with privacy panels that I typically am looking for privacy, solo or quiet time as it functions as my sleep space at night. I work alot and have a lot of responsibilities- so I take my solo time serious LOL.

Kari is a great host and he has his appartment very maintained and tidy. This is a small place and there is a lot going on, so this is not for a light sleeper or a morning person. Overall I had a great time.

Kari was the nicest and his apartment was accurately described. Our communication prior to check in was rocky which was frustrating but it all worked out in the end. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Poor communication about who would be sharing the apartment, initially I was told it would be me him and his "partner." I guess all went well until my host came home from the bars and bumped the power cord to the webcam he has monitoring the living room. He then proceeded to interrogate me about "moving it" and a pair of shoes at 3:00am. I denied this. He relented somewhat and said he had left the door unlocked and "maybe one of his friends came in while I was sleeping" and moved the camera. Meh. I excused myself and slept in my car. Where do I even begin? There's a camera right? So instead of wasting my time with accusations at 3:00 in the morning, can't you just check your camera to determine if anyone was in there? And/or to confirm that I was not the one who bumped it? Or who "moved your shoes" ? If not, your camera sucks even more than my stay did. :(

Kari was very friendly; his place was very simple but clean. Well located only 3 blocks from the Red line Metro (20 minutes walking) Only one important thing missing: the wifi !

Jakari was the best host I could have for it being my first time to LA. He made everything easy and simple. His location is the perfect for if you are using Lyft or Uber, it won't cost more than $10 to get around. I will definitely be booking again.
