The apartment's ideal if you're in Berlin to party, for a relaxing weekend, for special events, a long weekend, or to experience some Berlin culture! The neighbourhood is home to some of Berlin's best up-and-coming bars, restaurants, and cinemas. You're at the heart of all the cool bars, all-weekend parties, cruising bars, queerest venues as well as lots of homely places tucked away offering gourmet breakfasts, brunches and dinners.

There's practically a trendy bar or a local Kneipe on practically every corner ~~ something for every taste!

The apartment's also a short walk from Tempelhofer Feld, Berlin's famous airport-turned-park, as well as Hasenheide Park, ideal for nudists and cruising.

When I'm in town, I'm very often out and about. I just love the Berlin scene: the music, venues, parties, bars, and the people. I'm always happy to meet and share my space and my city with visitors. I value your and my privacy and space but I'd be happy to socialise and share some tips or take you out to some bars, cafés, city walks, parties or festivals.

Host recommendations

You'll have a private room all to yourself in my two-room apartment. The room's spacious and well suited for up two guests, with direct access to one of the two terraces. We'll be sharing access to a fitted, fully-equipped kitchen, all amenities (e.g. washing machine, coffee machine, stove etc), bathroom and bathtub, as well as the two stunning terraces. Basically, I'm sharing with you my very own home: please enjoy it and respect my privacy and personal belongings. Some basic rules, which I'm sure we'll agree on: * Smoking is allowed only on the two terraces. * No loud music after 22h (10 P.M.), especially on weekdays. * Street shoes off at the door, please. * No peer-to-peer downloads on home WiFi! * Please leave the apartment clean and tidy. * Don't break things. Don't take things. Don't leave things.

The apartment is exactly as described and in a perfect location. Fouad gets the award for best host because of his kindness, generosity and knowledge of all things Berlin! He has an open mind and is a gem to chat up! Check-in and out was a breeze and was overall an absolute treat! 😉 I highly recommend him and would definitely book his place for my next visit to Berlin.

Had a great time staying at Fouad's apartment. The place is exactly as described in the listing, on the top floor with tons of light and air which is a bit rare for Berlin apartments. The location is excellent, just steps away from an U-Bahn station and a short walk to tons of cool places throughout Neukölln and across the canal to Kreuzberg. Fouad was a gracious host, super helpful with suggestions and really nice to spend time with.
