I am looking to rent out my guest bedroom once in a while to friendly guy(s). I live on the 3rd floor of a triplex (so no upstair neighbours). This apt offers you a fun terrace surrounded by trees, central AC, washer & dryer, you may also use the fully equipped kitchen at yourconveniennce and we share the bathroom. So you basically have access to all rooms (except of course my bedroom). If it's needed, I could also rent out this entire 2 bedroom apt (this really isn't an issue as I have other locations), for more details send me a message.

This apt is located in a friendly neighbourhood. The 2 metro stations are max 10 minutes away by foot. One of the metro stations is right next to a grocery store. There's also restaurants and cafes not too far. If u enjoy walking, it takes 30 - 60 min to reach the village, old port, Downtown or Plateau areas. The bixie stations are all over the city . If you're arriving by plane I recommend you to take shuttle 747 that drops you off at metro Berri which is 5 stops from the apt.
