You'll be at home in our two bedroom two bathroom condo for your use exclusively. The condo is fully stocked for your convenience with sheets towels linens kitchen utensils pots pans and everything you need to be comfortable. Bring nothing but your clothes and the interest in having lots of fun. You'll have access to two bicycles if you wish. Bring your own bicycle helmets. The condo complex has two pools, two spas, ********nis courts, a nice workout room and laundry facilities nearby.

Our condo complex is steps away from the Warm Sands area of Palm Springs. You're also walking distance to downtown Palm Springs the Spa Resort and casino, Arenas Avenue, and many other desert amenities. We are driving distance to the Palm Springs international airport.

If you play tennis, or golf, or just want to lounge by the pool, you found the right place.

Nearby Attractions

Walk to Warm Sands. Walk or bike to the bars and clubs on Arenas Avenue. Bike to the convention center and to all of the great restaurants on Palm Canyon Drive.

Want to cool off, take the tram ride up to the mountains. The Palm Springs Museum of Art is nearby. Don’t forget to hike around the local mountains or rent a car to tour Joshua Tree National Monument. The Salton Sea isn’t too far.

Oh, and if you need to update your wardrobe, the outlets at Cabazon are a close drive.
