Minutes to international Drive, Disney parks, Universal Studios & convention center, right off I-4 highway. All new accommodation, very clean & central. Watch the sunset over the lake & Disney fireworks every night. The studio is modernly designed and the inside was fully renovated with new wood flooring, all new furniture and design. The studio includes high quality plush queen size bed High with 13" memory foam mattress (Queen size), pillows, sheets, towels and easy lake access to Big Sand Lake to watch beautiful sunsets and Disney fireworks nightly. Less than 5 minutes to international drive and sea world, 7 minutes to universal studios, 10 minutes to Disney. Down the road from 24X7 ******** Supertcenter, Whole foods among many other shopping destinations including Orlando premium outlets, the mall at millennia and more. The studio is right by a very large lake - highly recommended to take a stroll around sunset and to make sure to catch the Disney fireworks outside at the garden at 9 and 10 PM! next door to famous Westgate Lakes hotel, that offers dinning options. The location allows an easy access to anywhere within few minutes. easy to get around. The studio is located in the best neighborhood in Orlando and the safest overall with the highest rated schools.
Getting around in Orlando is typically recommended with a car or Uber. some guests elect to use Uber/Lyft and appreciate the location being near everything. If you come to the convention center you can save by parking at the house and using Uber to get there (only $6-$7)it's easy and recommended to have a car while in Orlando, depends on your schedule. If not - uber is fairly affordable. at nighttime you can easily visit Disney springs or Universal City Walk both offering free parking and many dinning and entertainment options. in addition international drive has multiple restaurants and shopping.

We strictly enforce our house rules as for: No parties. No events or loud music. No smoking inside the property. No pets. Your hosts are gay and we are very welcoming people of all types and background. Your studio is a private unit but we are nearby and can assist with questions, guidance and advice.

This is a small room with a good central location. Nothing was exceptional, but unfortunately it suffers from poor cleanliness. With a better cleaning service and updated bedding, this would be an okay option for the casual traveler.
