Welcome you to Orlando “the city beautiful”, we invite you to stay at this private half a duplex home. This accommodation is fully private and very central to universal studios theme parks and many of Orlando’s attractions. My partner and I live on the other side but you have a private entrance and a fully Private 1 bedroom suite for you to enjoy. There is a lovely sitting area outside your door and a very tranquil ambience while still being very central. When we are home you are welcome to drop by for a drink or just a friendly local advice.

The interior is a 1 bedroom. the bedroom itself has a queen size bed with plush mattress, a large closet and two large windows. The living room has a smart TV, and a queen size sofa-bed, great for friends traveling together. also there is a mini kitchenette with a small fridge, a microwave, a kettle and dinning / coffee essentials. The bathroom is recently renovated and the WiFi is super fast. Centrally located just across the lake from Universal Studios in a cul-de-sac street. We welcome you to enjoy the beauty and the many attractions Orlando has to offer we would love help with and advice or give you maximum privacy knowing we are here to help. Convenient location - 3 minutes drive north of Universal Studios entrance & City Walk. 15 minutes to Disney Springs. 4 min to International Drive The Mall at Millenia and Premium Outlets as well as 10 min to the Convention Center. The park across the street has multiple lakes, running trails, sporting options like tennis, basketball etc. and is a somewhat a popular cruising spot around sunset.
