The Reveal
A group of free spirited, love oriented, peace promoting, fun loving, globally minded people who are building this little holistic paradise called Peace Valley where you can rest, sleep in total silence, eat organic food from our garden, meditate, heal in the forest or the native sweat-lodge, spot some wild animals (deer, foxes, wild bore, rabbits), dance with the bonfire and laugh from the heart.
Simple, warm, welcoming. You will soon feel like you have a new family.
We have a large house with bedrooms that is used only for sleeping and meditation in the beautiful meditation room in the attic. We also have a second house that is used for kitchen and dining where guests can socialise and spend time in the garden and the terraces.
There is also a Tamascal (Sweat lodge) that we constructed from local wood, blankets and recycled swimming pool, that we use for Tamascal ceremonies.
We have 4 dogs, but this is natural wilderness and city pets might be in danger if not accustomed to outdoor living. We do not provide possibility of holding the pets in the houses.
The property is managed by a group of diverse individuals (ladies and guys) who are dedicated to the mission of brining more harmony to human life.

Next to the Peace Valley there are: - amazing eco honey producers, - milk, cheese and egg producers - therapeutic horse riding - biking rutes - mountain hiking and climbing
Plitvice Lakes National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the oldest national park in Croatia situated 45 minutes driving from the Peace Valley. It is visited by more than 1.4 million people each year and it is a living organism that builds its own natural barriers and lakes with gorgeous waterfalls and forests.
Dretulja River was proclaimed some years ago as the cleanest river in Europe for the purity of its water. The river has only 10 kilometers of flow and it disappears in the rocks in the ground close to the Peace Valley. The source of the river is a beautiful excursion spot.
Sinjac Lake situated a few minutes driving from the Peace Valley is a very small lake of only 20-30 meters of diameter, but is the 8th deepest lake in the world and the deepest in Croatia. The divers have reached the depth of 250 meters and have not yet reached the bottom. The lake is the source of a small river that disappears in the ground two kilometers down the stream.
Forest Energy Temple is a potent energy healing and meditation space in the forest bordering Peace Valley where we have measured up to 50.000 Bovis as well as Zero Point (a place that can bring you to complete quiet). We do certain meditations and healing there.

The sleeping rooms are all located in one house where we ask for quiet atmosphere and respect for other guests and people permanently living on the property. Guests can use kitchen facilities, dining space and indoor and outdoor living spaces (terraces and gardens) that are located in the second house. Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms. Designated smoking areas exist in separate public spaces for respect of other guests.

I didn't get to meet Ivan unfortunately, however Mirta and Vesna (the 2 ladies who help run the place) were the warmest, most welcoming people! I felt right at home straight away. And what a special place this is. Wow! It's the perfect place to step away from society/stresses and to be at one with nature/yourself. Check your ego at the door, you don't need it here! The room was huge with a big comfortable bed, desk, bedside table, cupboards for clothes... Plus your very own bathroom! I was fortunate to stay when there was an event on; and I was graciously welcomed with open arms by everyone who attended. An absolutely incredible experience that I'll never forget! I want to be a part of this place because this is exactly what community living is all about for me. I can't recommend this place enough and I very much look forward to returning in the near future!
