Hi there, We're a couple of seasoned travellers who really appreciate the time & effort people put into their places. We're freelance creatives. Our current place available on ******** is in Salento, Italy, with another we're opening in the coming months. We have loved holidaying in Salento for years now and so have decided to focus our holiday accommodations there. We love cooking - hence food, travelling, meeting people, arts, spirituality, yoga, theatre, and a warm summer's night. Very friendly and respectful of other people's privacy.

Salento's beaches in Puglia are amongst the most beautiful in Italy. The beaches around the Gallipoli area (Ionic sea) are mainly sandy. On the Adriatic coast there are many rocky beaches as well as some with sand, which are also very beautiful and definitely worth a visit.

Gallipoli is the perfect gay friendly destination thanks to its open mind and hospitality. It’s ideal to who wants to make new friends and attend gay meetings. You can easily find gay bars and beaches. Lots of beaches in Gallipoli organise parties, happy hour and events dedicated to LGBT world.

The best place to eat on a warm day/evening is the terrace! The traditional "siesta" time is after lunch, so the local law prohibits excessive noise between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. There is also a noise restriction before 8:00 AM. The church bells will let the whole town know when these restrictions are lifted.... Some days they ring at 7:30, so we think it's fair to assume that from that moment on, everything is open! Be mindful that some local people live nearby and they work in the morning, whilst you are on holiday. Have fun of course but don't wake the entire neighborhood up. Thanks.

We stayed for 7 nights, the first week of June, at Passetto but honestly we would have liked to stay much longer!!! You feel immersed, embraced by those ancient walls, in the peaceful life of a typical Salentinian village. The house is spacious, very bright and comfortable, decorated and furnished in a simple but tasteful way. The large terrace overlooking the living area and the roof of the house allow you to spend many hours of the day outdoors comfortably. I would definitely come back!!!
