The best place to eat on a warm day/evening is the terrace!
The traditional "siesta" time is after lunch, so the local law prohibits excessive noise between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
There is also a noise restriction before 8:00 AM. The church bells will let the whole town know when these restrictions are lifted.... Some days they ring at 7:30, so we think it's fair to assume that from that moment on, everything is open! Be mindful that some local people live nearby and they work in the morning, whilst you are on holiday. Have fun of course but don't wake the entire neighborhood up. Thanks.
