There are 3 areas of the property that are shared:
- the main courtyard below
- the first floor patio, which is also an access route for next-door neighbors, although they rarely use it, if at all, because their main access is elsewhere
- stairs leading to the roof terrace are common, but the neighbors don't use their terrace at all. In fact, Casa di Giò has the only furnished terrace.
In all other areas, the use of Casa di Giò is exclusive.
