Right in the heart of the Perrey district (UNESCO World Heritage site), this authentic, fully-equipped 44m2 PERRET apartment is just a stone's throw from the MuMa (André Malraux Museum), the fishing port and the marina, and a 10-minute walk from the beach. FREE secure PARKING. BED, BATH AND BEACH RUGS PROVIDED.
Close to local shops and markets, this accommodation, available all year round, is ideal for spending a relaxing & discovering time together.
It comprises :
A living room with a new KING SIZE 160x190 double sofa bed (Dunlopillo mattress), TV (123 cm) and Wifi. The fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, juicer, toaster and various basic products such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, tea (Cofféa) and coffee (Carte Noire). A set of 8 dinner, soup and dessert plates is also provided, along with cutlery and glasses for water, wine, beer, champagne, coffee cups and mugs (dishwashing liquid supplied).
This apartment also has a bedroom with a KING SIZE BED for two people with a brand-new 160x200 boxspring and mattress, and a 32" TV (only French TNT channels). A set of comforter covers, comforter and pillows are also available in this room's wardrobe and closet. It is equipped with a mobile fan.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, 7kg washing machine (pods supplied) and 7kg tumble dryer (Electrolux), and storage space for towels (supplied) and personal belongings. Shampoo (Dove) and hand-washing liquid are also provided. A beach bag containing 4 beach sheets is also available for travelers in the closet at the entrance to the apartment.
Toilets are independent. A closet is available in the entrance hall.
For young children, there's a cot, high chair, children's bathtub and various toys.
When renting for just 2 people, a supplement of €3 will be charged for cleaning the sheets, if both the bedroom and living-room beds are used.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building, there is no elevator.
There is no access for people with reduced mobility.
There is only an €8 cleaning fee, so the kitchen and living area must be left clean. The cleaning includes the cleaning of the room, bathroom, sanitary facilities and washing and ironing of sheets and towels.
