- On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140cm, 1 small bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 landing with 1 sofa bed 140cm, a shower room, 1 WC (floor privatizable)
- In a beautiful village of Champagne with all amenities, super market, ATM, bakery, petrol station, post office, pharmacy, doctors, dentists, hairdresser, press.
- Close to beautiful forests and Champagne vineyards. Depending on the season and my availability, I can offer guided day-hikes in the surrounding area.
- 10 minutes from the Reims-Tinqueux motorway entrance and with a train station for access to Reims.
