CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: After making your reservation through the portal we will contact you to effectively explain everything you need to be able to self check-in. People not declared at the time of booking are not allowed. I remind you that in the municipality of Rome it is always mandatory to pay the city tax of 3.5 € per person per day for a maximum of 10 days and that these taxes are not INCLUDED in the cost of the reservation. The maximum number of people who can sleep in the house is 4. 2 upstairs in the bedroom and 2 downstairs in the sofa bed. The bed upstairs is a double bed, there are not 2 beds side by side and no additional beds and/or cribs can be added, there is no room to do so. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but you can smoke in the garden, balcony or terrace. Smoke detector is present in the house. Parties are prohibited. Maximum respect for the house. Avoid loud noises after 11 pm for the neighborhood. The house has all the necessary amenities: microwave, coffee maker, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, 50-inch TV, Netflix, ******** home and more. In the bedroom there is a TV with ******** chrome cast to connect your cell phone and see what you prefer. Our grandparents used to say, "You break it, you pay for it." We still use it that way and we are sure you will agree too.
