Quiet street and quiet building Cosy air-conditioned room with private shower room and WC adjoining the room with small window. 4th and top floor: view of a side street and rooftops No elevator (typical 1840 building). Small shared kitchen (hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) Washing machine available in the other bedroom's bathroom (you'll have to work it out with the other guest or ask me, as I live on the same floor). Private bathroom with WC I'll be your best guide to show you the best gay places: nudist beaches, bars, gay events and restaurants! If I'm not busy, I can invite you for the breakfest or for a drink on my own terrace on the same floor.

Located in the centre, everything is at a short walking distance. Near the MAMAC (Musée d’Art Moderne et d’Art Contemporain). Five minutes from te gay area of Place du Pin ! 3 min walking of the old city, where are typical restaurants, bars, galeries and others gay places, and the waterfront with the Castel Plage gay beach (10 min), 3 min from the regional bus (you can take the bus for one euro to the gay beaches of Eze, go to Monaco (30 min), to Saint-Paul de Vence or even a ski resort (from december to the end of april) and the Mercantour National Park (2 h) Actually, most of the touristic and interesting and gay places of Nice can be reached by 5-20 min walking.

Very well-located and comfortable apartment, offering a charming view of the Nice rooftops! The welcome from Alexis is warm. Very good practical advice. Overall, great value for money!
