Our water is supplied by our own well. Our roof is made of terracotta tiles from Venice. And as we know when you arrive from a trip, shopping is a chore, we offer FREE delivery of groceries to your home, and store them in your refrigerator. To really enjoy a "privatized" vacation, we recommend renting the 2 villas exclusively at the same time for the community.
Included in the rental price are: Cleaning costs ( 85 €) Electricity costs* (25 €), Wifi ( 5 €) Parking , Sheets , towels and bath towels, Gloves , Miscellaneous taxes ( 55 €)
Please note: In view of the energy costs, particularly electrical, the rental is given for use by 6 people for 1 week for normal use (air conditioning, pool heating 100 Kwh). Beyond this, 20 euros per 10 Kwh will be charged.
