1).- The key is magnetic . The cost is 80$ if the guest lost it. 2).-smoke is not allowed. For smoke you have to go to downstairs and out the buildings. Smoking or cigarettes, marijuana or any type of vape is not allowed. If you get to smoke inside you will have to pay $450 to be able to perform a deep cleaning that you will be charged by misterb&b 3).-show the ID ( send for misterb&b message your ID picture ) 4).-watch tv with moderate volume and music at the same moderate volume. 5).-the apartment is shared. try to have a harmonious coexistence, with respect, and maintaining order and hygiene. not to make much noise when using the common areas. 6).-this place is just for 2 persons no more than 2 people at the same time. 7).-not party's in the apartament . 8).-the stove is not allowed. 9).-the guests must leave the space clean and the common areas clean, just as they received it. 10).-It is not allowed to stay long in the entrance and lobby of the buildings.
