Calm and cosy. Located on the 7th floor on one of Paris' highest points, you'll enjoy an unobstructed view, with little vis-à-vis, overlooking gardens. It's bright all day long, with very little street noise. Chic, warm decor. Stylish furniture, alcove with dressing room, velvet curtains, original photographs, antique oak parquet flooring.

Top-of-the-range equipment. The apartment features high-speed WiFi access, 27-inch iMac, Apple HomePod. All lighting is Apple HomeKit compatible, which I can synchronize with your iPhone.

Functional kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.Coffee capsules are available.

Quality bedding. A 140x200 double bed with a 25cm-high hybrid mattress, for longer, softer nights.
