★ AC/Heating ★ - There is central heat. - There are 2 portable AC units, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, the building doesn't have central AC. Panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound are available from the building's rooftop terrace. We have a barbecue pit with tables and chairs. Drinking wine or coffee while overlooking the water is an excellent way to spend an afternoon or evening. A great place to watch the ferries sail in and out, as well as admire the sunset.

There's also a European courtyard with fountains and hummingbirds if you're looking for some peace and quiet after all the hustle and bustle of city life and sight-seeing. There is no charge for parking in this well-lit and well-guarded garage. The elevator will take you straight to your apartment! The availability of free or on-site parking is uncommon because it is so expensive in Seattle.

There is a swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness center, and a club room available. The house is located in the center of Belltown. Belltown's 2nd Avenue location is the best in the city. You're only a few blocks from some of the city's most popular attractions. Three blocks from the Pike Place Market; five blocks away is Space Needle.
