Guests have full access to the whole 3 stories townhome without sharing with host or anyone.
The area is primarily residential, but a grocery store, brew pub, cafés, restaurants, and the Beacon Hill Light Rail station are all within walking distance (about 12 minutes). A public park with a playground, tennis courts, and a basketball court can be found directly across the street.
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that there is a one free parking spot and there is also free street parking space. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

*. Steps disclosure: 5 steps from the street, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor. This is a 3 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs.
*. AC Disclosure: 1 portable AC on 1st floor bedroom. 2 window ACs in the other 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. No other AC but only tower fans in the living room.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety ******** ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9pm. If our guests violate the rules and our neighbors complain, the reservation will be cancelled immediately and ******** will be forfeited.
