A cozy house, in a super quiet neighborhood and close to everything. There are two rooms arranged with all care, you rent the whole house and have more freedom.
We are 15 minutes from Vila Mariana Subway (on foot) and 15 minutes by Uber from Rua Augusta (cheap). You can enjoy a block or a ballad, spend little and sleep quietly!
Very close to the famous Bar do Veloso (best coxinha in town), Cinemateca Nacional, Parque da Aclimação, Parque da Independência and many bars and restaurants.
You will hear a delightful little water noise, but it is not a fountain! The house has a real spring.
NOTE: As listed in the ad, there are two double beds, one double sofa bed, one large sofa (sleeps two people), one single mattress (Japanese futton) and additional mattresses will be inflatable. By default, bookings up to four people will be arranged only the two beds.
Any special needs, please inform at the time of booking. You know that champagne you wanted to open to celebrate a special date? I can arrange it without your friends or partners knowing! And don't forget to inform if you come with children or pets.
The house has two bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room and living room. All equipped for you to enjoy without spending too much, you can cook if you want or eat out as it is close to everything.
In fact we are 3 blocks from one of the only 24h supermarkets in the Capital! It is easy to buy a little wine for a special moment at any time.
You will have access to the internal areas of the house and an open area on the side, much used by smokers.
I did everything as I like to be received when I travel around the world, I almost always stay on this platform. Lots of freedom, respect and affection.
NOTE: if you and your guests need an additional freedom or discretion, don't worry, just let us know and we will not see each other at any time. Self Check-in is available for that.

No more guests are allowed than informed in the reservation. So if you are going to receive a visit, already inform in the act.
In case of pets, parents (guardians) are responsible for cleaning and so that they do not cause damage to the place. A cleaning fee of 150.00 per animal (regardless of days) will be charged for cleaning the furniture.
The use of the washing machine (6kg) is free. For use of the washer and dryer is charged 20 reais every 5kg (one machine), the clothes are returned dry and smelly (without ironing). We also have an iron for free use.
Check-in: from 3 pm, can be done before the time if there is no guest leaving on the same day, provided prior notice.
Checkout: until 11am, can leave later if there is no guest entering the same day, provided prior notice is given. If the guest does not leave the space at the stipulated time, an extra night will be charged.
Parties are prohibited. This does not include silent gatherings of friends, 'naked partys'. But of course visitors must be on the guest list.
Listen to music at a time just for you, that your neighbor can have silence if he wishes. And after 10pm silence is the law.
The house and all items in it are the responsibility of the guests, and if broken or lost, can be charged under the terms of Misterb&b.
When booking the house, you have paid to receive it clean and must leave it in the same condition. Otherwise you will be charged a cleaning fee of 150.00.
The closed premises, such as the garage and the rest of the grounds are not available to guests, so they are closed. Do not circumvent these limits.
