My modern loft is the ideal choice for visiting Rome. Strategically located in the historic Colosseum area and with excellent connections thanks to the Manzoni (Metro Line A) or Colosseo (Metro Line B) metro stop you will be able to walk to the main sights of the city, but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle thanks to the Loft's overlooking a beautiful garden full of plants and atmosphere.
The loft consists of a living area, a kitchen and a sleeping area, with a spacious bathroom where you will find an ample supply detergents and personal care: it is the perfect place to relax and take care of yourself.
One of the highlights of the property is the furniture, completely made by the best manufacturers including LAGO, KARTEL, MAGIS, CAMPEGGI and lamps by VISTOSI and FOSCARINI, which give an elegant and modern atmosphere to the loft giving a unique character and personality to the house.
Among the amenities in addition to the TV is an EPSON projector with a 2x3m screen in front of the bed.
Sound quality is provided by a 300W power soundbar (with a separate subwoofer to increase the intensity of vibrations) and a Dolby Digital 2.1 system.
In both the cinema and TV you will find major channels such as NETFLIX, AMAZON, YOUTUBE, so you can view what you like.
The beautiful and comfortable double bed (king size: 180x200) is prepared with fresh and clean linens, what more could you want for optimal rest?
The very comfortable sofa on occasion can be used as a sofa bed for extra guests (double: 160x200).
If cooking is your passion, you will find everything you need to experiment with local recipes or prepare your favorite breakfast.
The kitchen equipment is complete and easy to use.
Upon your arrival you will find my house professionally cleaned.
Every little detail is designed to provide you with a unique experience: the colors of the loft are warm and enveloping, and every object has been placed to create atmosphere.
You'll be able to listen to music thanks to the Bluetooth systems, connect to high-speed Internet, and enjoy the lit fireplace in front of a bottle of white or red wine or a good Nespresso (extras present in the facility for a fee).

The beautiful and historic Colosseo area in central Rome centres around the stunning Flavian amphitheatre ******** stunning nearly 2000-year-old relic of the Ancient Roman Empire. Next to the Colosseum is the iconic Palatine Hill, with some of the largest concentration of surviving ancient Roman buildings anywhere in the world such as the Arch of Titus, the Arch of Constantine and the Roman Forum. As well as being home to an unparalleled treasure of the past, the area around the Colosseum, in particular, Celio to the south, is a living, breathing, working part of the modern city. A stroll around the neighbourhood will allow you to see Rome as it is today, with small shops, places of work, parks (especially the beautiful Villa Celimontana) and restaurants. Celio is also one for Rome’s most gay-friendly neighbourhoods with clubs and bars to cater to the LGBT crowd.
If you’re looking for a bite to eat in the Colosseo area, head to Li Rioni, which is just a few minutes’ walks from the famous amphitheatre and serves delicious thin Roman-style pizzas with a variety of toppings, cooked in a traditional stone oven. Alternatively, for traditional Italian meat, pasta or seafood cuisine, try I Clementini, where the menu is full of quality dishes, cooked with fresh ingredients. The seared tuna steak with pistachio and cherry tomatoes is a particular recommendation. The best recommendation is to stay away from the tourist trap restaurants right next to the Colosseum itself and instead head for a small trattoria a few streets away for better service and quality of food.
