The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a historic building from the early 1900s and was renovated a few years ago. It has all interior views into a lovely courtyard-garden, this means that the apartment is quiet and cool during the summer. There are : 1 bedroom - 1 studio - 1 bathroom - 1 large living room consisting of dining room + living room + kitchen. It is located 50 meters from Piazza Vittorio, in the multicultural district of Rome, full of stores and restaurants, near one of the most important local markets. A few meters from the A line, a 10-minute walk from Termini Central Station (where the train from the airport arrives), a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum, San Giovanni in Laterano and Santa Maria Maggiore; a 20-minute walk from Via dei Fori Imperiali; 4 metro stops from Piazza di Spagna and Via Condotti.
Ideal in summer because cool without the need for air conditioningbut there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Sheets, towels and WiFi included.

As per local law every single guest must show documents to be registered at the police headquarters within 24 hours of arrival and the number of guests in the house must match the guests declared in the reservation.

To the final price must be added 6 euros per person per day for tourist tax (only for the first 10 days) to be paid by bank transfer or ********.

In winter the house is less bright than in the photographs.
