Newly renovated 65 sq m apartment located on the ground floor of a 20th-century building with a cozy atrium on two levels. The entrance is independent and on a very quiet pedestrian alley. The 6-meter high ceilings make it naturally cool. Alezio is a small non-tourist town despite its proximity to the sea and Gallipoli. Free parking is available around the house.
As per local law every single guest must show documents to be registered at the police headquarters within 24 hours of arrival, and the number of guests in the house must match the guests declared in the reservation.

We had a wonderful vacation! The apartment truly is amazing! Maurizio made a really good renovation of this historic house and respected its own character. Very accurate description and very good fotos. Maurizio as a host is exceptional! Very good communication. He welcomed us in person. So the check-in was perfect. He gave us a lot of very valuable tips and individual advices what to visit in the area! He prepared an interactive map with almost 200 places he recommends. (checked by him personally or by his friends)
