Southern light will strike you as you enter this 100-square-meter apartment housed in an early 20th-century building along the main street of the town of Alezio.

Spacious volumes redesigned with contemporary taste while respecting the traditional structure of the Salento building can accommodate up to four guests in two spacious bedrooms. Two bathrooms with shower, a large kitchen and a spacious living room are the functional and decorative elements of this apartment characterized by vaulted ceilings of about 6 meters.

The property also has two terraces facing the sea and the sunset, with a small level equipped kitchen.

The house is located in the historic center of Alezio, a small Messapic village that has preserved its old traditions while being only 5 km from the beautiful but busy Gallipoli. No difficulty with free parking in the immediate vicinity.

An internal road through the Salento countryside connects to Gallipoli's most beautiful beaches in about 15 minutes.

Salento is connected to major Italian cities by Trenitalia to Lecce and to several European cities by scheduled and low-cost airlines. Easyjet and Ryanair fly from London and Paris at unbeatable prices in spring and summer.

Sheets and towels are provided, but we ask you not to use them as beach towels.

As per local law, every single guest must show documents to be registered at the police station within 24 hours of arrival, and the number of guests in the house must match the guests stated in the reservation.
