Atypical duplex on the outskirts of La Rochelle

The following points must be observed and respected:
Tenants occupy the premises personally. Any visit or stay by outsiders will be subject to the owners' approval, who may require an additional financial contribution.
The facilities are provided in working order and are at your disposal. You are asked to use them to the best of your ability, ensuring normal operation and reasonable consumption. Any complaint made more than 24 hours after your arrival will not be accepted.
Likewise, please report any loss, breakage or deterioration immediately; solutions can be found.
You are in a residence, a quiet and restful place. Tenants are obliged to ensure that the neighborhood remains quiet. Excessive noise of any kind, day or night, is to be avoided. The owners reserve the right to call to order any behavior they deem harmful to the establishment and its occupants, and if necessary to impose sanctions. Silence is required between 10pm and 8am.
Water is life: the water that comes out of the taps is drinkable, it comes from the city of La Rochelle, it's precious, let's save it.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation. You'll find an ashtray in the kitchen drawer under the hob.
Pets are not allowed.
It is strictly forbidden to throw any kind of object in the toilets. Toilet paper and a small dustbin are at your disposal.
Barbecues are strictly forbidden on the patio and terrace.
The interior layout has been designed to ensure optimum use for the duration and quality of your stay, and no objects should be taken outside.
If you borrow food or drinks, please replace them. Otherwise, you will be asked to pay compensation.
On the day of departure, please put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher & empty your garbage cans. Recycling bins are located at the entrance to the residence. The glass container is located in the parking lot 50 m from the residence, on the banks of the canal.
The tenant must also leave the rented accommodation in good condition and tidy on departure. It is the tenant's responsibility to refrain from any action that could damage the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the site, both inside the premises and outside in the surrounding area. However, cleaning is included in the price.
Vehicles must be parked in the spaces provided for this purpose: a space is reserved for you under the carport or in front of the kitchen window. Under no circumstances will they be parked in the residence.
Garden furniture, an outdoor table and chairs are at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and do not move them. Please remove and replace the protective tarpaulins after use.
The time of departure must be agreed in advance by telephone with the owner in order to organize the inventory of fixtures and the handover of the keys.
