After several attempts by unscrupulous travelers, we will not accept any additional persons not included in the reservation. Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises and do not make any noise after 8pm. For reasons of hygiene, we strongly recommend that you wear indoor shoes. As the room is rented in an apartment where other areas are shared, unauthorized visitors are not permitted during the stay. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas such as balconies and terraces. Eating is not permitted inside the room. Any intoxicated person will be asked to leave the accommodation. A kettle, teapot, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and microwave are available in the kitchen. No drunkenness, drugs in the apartment, inappropriate behavior, or allowing anyone to enter without notifying the host.

One of the best B&B experiences I've had. Very comfortable room (terrace access, private shower and toilet, space to store my belongings), Pier and Franck very discreet and at the same time friendly, perfect location (not far from the beaches, close to the old town center and the train station), everything is very clean and of good quality (comfortable bed and fresh sheets). I only spent one night there but next time I will extend my stay. I highly recommend!

Great day and night at Pier and Franck's, Pier introduced me to a naturist beach in Toulon and some nice places, France took great care of me. A shared dinner in a friendly atmosphere. Top notch

Franck and Pierre are high-quality hosts. Helpful, generous, kind-hearted and attentive. They offered me a guided city tour by bike and accompanied me in my research on Toulon. They are excellent advisors and offer a very pleasant apartment. A bedroom with private bathroom and toilet reserved for the traveler. The best part: a dream terrace overlooking Mont Faron! In short, I absolutely recommend them 💯 👍. A big thank you to you both! Thierry

Everything was perfect. Franck is charming and his welcome was warm. The aperitif around a good rum was followed by an impromptu meal that was just as pleasant. You feel received with respect and curiosity 🖕😁 The room is as described. The bed is super comfortable and everything is impeccably clean. The terrace, alas, I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy it since it was raining. But that is certainly an asset of the apartment.

It was a memorable stay. From Pierre's welcoming soul to the artsy, eco friendly decoration of the flat, everything was just refreshing, let alone the spectacular mountains view of the rooftop. Pierre gave me a ride to the beach and drove me around the city. I will definitely go back. It's like going to your family's summer house. You would not feel like a stranger
