Very comfortable house, for 20 people, with swimming pool with solar cover, whirlpool, sauna, and close to beaches On the ground floor of the house is a comfortable living room with fireplace, from which the outside part of the facility can be accessed. The kitchen is fully fitted with professional equipment, and it is very efficient and easy to prepare your own specialties in it. Furthermore, there are two suites on the ground floor (rooms 7 and 8 ), each consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and an access to the terrace. On the upper floor of the facility there are six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and a terrace; all rooms are double-bedded, except room no. 3, which has two separate single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned, including the living room. The basement of the facility houses a tavern with fireplace, inside of which there is a billiard table, table football, poker table and a place for socializing. House is adapted for guests with disability. The facility in its exterior has a large outdoor swimming pool and accompanying sundeck, fenced land enriched with children's playground, outdoor barbecue, and two gazebos with tables and chairs. The swimming pool has a solar cover that is used for heating the water inside of it. Parking is free in object.
