Nice room in my apartment, near Royat and a 10-minute walk from Clermont-Ferrand town center. The bed has a double mattress (box spring). Everything is there, from a good shower to a fully equipped kitchen. I also live here, so if you wish we can spend time together and give you good advice on visiting the town and its beautiful surroundings. Every morning, sunrise and every evening, sunset are guaranteed! And in between, all-day sun on my balconies to the south-east and north-west.

I live between downtown Clermont-Ferrand - with the Place de Jaude, the cathedral and dozens of restaurants, bars, the gay bar, parks, shops and museums - and Royat, known by the thermal baths and Royatonic! In addition, nature is close to my home (from one of my balconies you even see a bit of Puy-de-Dôme!

Imco was a wonderful host. Very comfortable bed and very convenient location. The views from the balconies are stunning, with lots of natural light flooding the apartment. Imco was very informative, and his knowledge of the local flora and fauna and geography was extensive. Enjoyable and comfortable stay. Thank you Imco.

Great moments spent at Imco's place. He's a very kind person who loves his region and explains what there is to do in the area, whether it's hiking, restaurants, etc. The apartment is very well located, you can walk everywhere.

Imco goes the extra mile to make you comfortable and ensure you have an excellent stay. The room is very comfortable with a large bed and the apartment is quite spacious with its two balconies. Imco is very friendly and enjoys discussing all kinds of topics, which makes the stay particularly interesting. I won't hesitate to return when I'm passing through Clermont.
