Nice room in my apartment, near Royat and a 10-minute walk from Clermont-Ferrand town center. The bed has a double mattress (box spring).
Everything is there, from a good shower to a fully equipped kitchen.
I also live here, so if you wish we can spend time together and give you good advice on visiting the town and its beautiful surroundings.
Every morning, sunrise and every evening, sunset are guaranteed! And in between, all-day sun on my balconies to the south-east and north-west.

I live between downtown Clermont-Ferrand - with the Place de Jaude, the cathedral and dozens of restaurants, bars, the gay bar, parks, shops and museums - and Royat, known by the thermal baths and Royatonic!
In addition, nature is close to my home (from one of my balconies you even see a bit of Puy-de-Dôme!
