I am Walter, Paulistano coming from São Paulo 4 years ago, looking for tranquility and quality of life in the middle of nature, I will be happy to welcome you here. The loft is located less than 15 minutes walk from the Historic Center, by car or bike is around 5 minutes, 1km away from Jabaquara Beach. The space accommodates from 02 to 04 people, with a double bed in the suite and a sofa bed in the living room. My loft was decorated and equipped with every comfort and I want to share it with you. The living room has a TV, sofa / bed (double) and fan, at the back of the house there is an area with a hammock and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and appliances that are needed if you need to prepare your meals. The suite has a double bed/box, fan and a closet exclusively for your use. You will not need to worry about bedding, because here I provide and leave everything ready for your arrival.
My house is a place that aims at good coexistence, with respect for the cultural, regional and political differences of each person, and above all without discrimination of races or genders.

The house is really nice and with good atmosphere. Location is a bit out of the old town, so in busy tourist season, this will be a good spot if you want to be away from that. Walter provided us with some tips and was good with communication. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great cozy place away from the busy historic center and yet within walking distance of it. Close to amazing restaurants. Had a nice, peaceful and relaxed stay. House is well-equipped. Walter provided all the information I needed. Thanks for a great stay Walter!
