Stay near the beach in my bungalow-style 1 bedroom apartment on the south side of Santa Monica - perfect for singles and couples!
You'll enjoy an Italian-made Sofa Bed in the living room space. It's the most comfortable sofa sleeper in the world, has a Memory-Foam mattress and feels like a real bed.
Perfect to relax & unwind, Staycations also!
The place is small, but clean and quiet, with hardwood floors and lots of natural light! Sofa bed is in the living room, while the host will sleep in the bedroom just steps away. So don't worry! Anything you need, just come ask!
I am quiet and respectful. Can help you find the local gay attractions.
NOTE: Primary resident will be present in the unit during the stay of their guests.

It's close to Santa Monica Beach, Santa Monica College, a cool bar called The Daily Pint, a legit 50’s diner called Rae’s, a Park, Lazy Daisy Cafe. Also Whole Foods is across the street; a Rite Aid is a block away, a car wash, too. The Donut shop is mere steps ;) You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the charm, and its bungalow style. Good for solo adventurers, business travelers, and maybe a dad w/a kid.
West Hollywood is a drive away, about 30+ minutes, generally.... Nude beach San Onofre is 1 hour away.

Kids are OK Not suitable for pets No parties or events No smoking - including Weed May not be safe or suitable for infants (Under 2 years) Check-in is (usually) after 3PM - but can be flexible. Please respect my neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Leave the place as you found it: please clean up after yourself (dishes, bed sheets, garbage etc.) Do not cut your toe nails in my living room. Cut them in the bathroom over the bathtub like a civilized human being. I can’t believe I have to make this a rule.

A really easy and enjoyable experience. Mark and the bungalow are exactly as described and pictured; both are fun, unique, very cute, well organized, clean and tidy lol. Comfortable place, no lies about that bed it is super comfortable. Looking forward to a repeat.

MT is very easy to work with for everything from pre-booking to check-out. MT is the term "chill" personified. He was incredibly flexible with the entire weekend, especially the check-in and check-out process. MT's space is exactly as described - it's a small quirky shared bungalow with enough charm to cover an entire house. MT gives great recommendations on things to do in the local area, and is always there for you if you need anything during your stay.

Loved my stay with Mark! He was very attentive and helpful when I arrived but also gave me perfect flexibility to venture out. His bungalow is just the cutest, in a great neighborhood, and perfectly located to both drive west along the coastal highway or east into the city. Also, there's a lovely coffee shop around the corner to start the day. Parking was no issue either. Would do again!

This was a good stay. MT was a great host who found time to chat with me and hangout a little bit. His communication leading up to it and during it was spot on. The place was also located within walking distance to different restaurant choices which allowed me to not have to spend extra for transportation for that. The place itself had some cool decor that I enjoyed looking at. Totally recommend this place

Great place and very conveniently located Privacy is not a concern. I didn't see much of MT, he pretty stayed in his room and left the rest of the place to me.

MT was a great host. His place is in a great location with a Whole foods nearby and the stay felt like being at a friend's house. Would gladly recommend.

Perfect SoCal spot! The retro-nostalgia decor is charming, and the location is unbeatable for getting to the beach, WeHo, or LAX. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Check-in was seamless, and the easy parking was a huge stress-reliever. Mark is an attentive, thoughtful host who goes above and beyond. I'll definitely be back!
