Private Room/Bath...Heated Pool Home

Sunshine is the ultimate host! He is so welcoming and genuine that you know you're sharing his home, not staying in a room. From the fresh zucchini bread upon arrival to the warm hug when leaving, our stay couldn't have been better! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed chilling with Sunshine around the pool. The pool was sparkling, private and very comfortable. Beautiful landscaping, great coffee, 2 bedrooms and private bath. Don't know what else to say except: We will definitely be back soon!!!

Sunshine was a dream host! His property was welcoming, clean and guest friendly. I wasn't there much - and I never had the time to take advantage of all of his amenities nor his hospitality - but it all was offered and I was encouraged to take advantage. The welcoming loaf of homemade bread was a touch unprecedented in any of my stays, anywhere! Sunshine was soft spoken and a gentleman all the way around. I would plan another trip to Cape Coral just to stay with him and spend some quiet, relaxed time... I absolutely felt at home.

We had a wonderful stay with Sunshine. His house is beautiful and our room was spacious. The small refrigerator was a nice touch plus he provided us with some snacks. We had our own private bathroom just across the hall. The backyard was beautifully landscaped with heated pool. Sunshine is a really nice guy and we will definitely stay with him again when we visit Cape Coral. The location is perfect.

Amazing host. Cape coral is a beautiful town. Very quiet and peaceful. Fort Myers was a little disappointing. Too many roads closed off. Local food was awesome. Def stay again.

My time in Cape Coral was limited to a few days. Sunshine's hospitality and Communication were beyond helpful, making my time and experience while there most enjoyable. Never did I feel like I was staying in someone else's home; I felt at home!

We loved our two night stay at Sunshine, who was an incredible host! Being welcomed with a fresh zucchini bread and treats and a warm welcome from Sunshine, what do you want more! Great home, beautiful pool, great gardens, and a comfortable bed. We are sure to return next time we are around!

We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Was nice to get to know Sunshine who is a wonderful host. From the fresh baked breads to the relaxing in the pool, and chilling watching TV. We highly recommend staying here. Home is immaculate and comfortable with beautiful landscaping. We hope to be back if he has openings.

From the initial contact to the good bye at the door at check out, communication was A+ - always efficient, complete, and helpful - so that by check in I felt I already knew Sunshine (and how cool to have a ******** like Sunshine). This home is very inviting as is Sunshine. He makes sure you feel at home and then leaves you alone to do your own thing and is willing to engage as much as you want or need - a perfect host. You have a private bedroom and bath on a separate end of the house so that you feel you have a suite all to yourself - and you have a separate private entrance to the pool. Everything is clean and fresh. Sunshine also makes his living space and kitchen available to you so you have so much more than a hotel room. And the value is so good for SW Florida. You can't go wrong booking with Sunshine.
