Just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Foro Italico waterfront, you’ll find my cozy apartment, furnished with antique pieces. It’s spacious, quiet, and yet right in the heart of historic Palermo, in the Kalsa neighborhood. A lush terrace offers the perfect spot for morning breakfasts and unforgettable dinners! Books, guidebooks, and maps are available for your use. Free parking just a stone’s throw from the apartment—no restricted traffic zone (ZTL)!

The apartment, located in the historic Palazzo Torremuzza ******** and furnished and equipped to modern vacation rental standards, welcomes guests year-round. It can comfortably accommodate one to four people. It consists of a double bedroom (with air conditioning) and a balcony overlooking the walls of Santa Teresa alla Kalsa ********; a spacious living room with air conditioning, furnished with period pieces, which can accommodate two people in two single beds. A crib is available for guests. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen is furnished with all small appliances, as well as coffee, sugar, tea, salt, and spices, and opens onto a delightful terrace where you can enjoy lunch and dinner in a romantic, green, and peaceful setting! The bathroom features a large shower, complete with all necessary fixtures and equipped with a fan heater. The apartment is fitted with double-glazed windows.

You will be given ONLY one set of keys. There is no water heater in the kitchen!

A tourist tax of 4 euros per person per day for the first 4 days is due upon arrival. Parking is free at Piazza Kalsa, the only access point (from the Foro Italico waterfront) without security cameras. Park your car with ease, and you’ll reach the apartment in 2 minutes.

The Central Station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment; if you have time, take a train (departing every 30 minutes, cost about 5 euros) and in 40 minutes you’ll arrive in the historic center of Cefalù—a beautiful medieval village with a magnificent beach!

After a lovely walk to Piazza Indipendenza (Royal Palace and Palatine Chapel), you can take the bus to Monreale, a charming town with its spectacular cathedral dating back to 1180 and its superb Byzantine mosaics.

There is a free shuttle called “Free Centro Storico,” which connects Piazza Indipendenza to Piazza del Cavalluccio Marino near Porta Felice, traveling along most of the main streets of the historic center.
