A stone's throw from the beautiful Foro Italico seafront promenade is my cozy apartment furnished with antiques, spacious, quiet and at the same time in the heart of historic Palermo, the Kalsa district. A green terrace will give you the opportunity to have breakfasts in the morning and unforgettable dinners! You have books, guides and maps at your disposal. Free parking a stone's throw away, no ztl.
The apartment, housed in the ancient Palazzo Torremuzza ********, furnished and equipped according to modern vacation home criteria, awaits you all year round. It can comfortably accommodate from one to four people. It consists of a double bedroom ( with air conditioning) and with a balcony on the walls of Santa Teresa alla Kalsa ********; a large living room with air conditioning, furnished with period furniture that can accommodate two people in two single beds. A baby crib is available to guests.
A livable and spacious masonry kitchen is equipped with all small appliances, as well as coffee, sugar, tea, oil, salt and spices, and overlooks a delightful terrace where you can lunch and dine in a romantic green and quiet setting! Bathroom with large shower complete with all sanitary ware and equipped with fan heater.
The apartment is equipped with thermal double glazing.

In the historic center of Palermo, in the heart of the Kalsa (in Arabic 'al Khalisa', the pure, the chosen one) you can enjoy street food and within walking distance enjoy a stroll along the waterfront.Within walking distance you will discover countless sites of cultural-historical and architectural interest : Palazzo Steri, Museo Abatellis, Spasimo, Oratorio dei Bianchi, Piazza Marina, Mura delle Cattive, Piazza Magione, Via Alloro, Orto Botanico, Villa Giulia, Chiesa della Gancia, Oratorio San Lorenzo, Foro Italico, Porta dei Greci, Museo delle Marionette, Porta Felice, Chiesa della Catena, Vucciria market. An immense artistic and cultural heritage. There is no shortage of recreational activities, music, theater, etc. etc. in the summer. Walking a beautiful walk to Piazza Indipendenza (Royal Palace and Palatine Chapel) you can take the bus to Monreale, charming village with its spectacular 1180 cathedral and superb Byzantine mosaics.
There is a free "Free Centro Storico" shuttle that connects Piazza Indipendenza to Piazza del Cavalluccio Marino near Porta Felice, running along most of the main streets of the historic center.

The apartment is equipped with thermal double glazing, air conditioner
(hot/cold) in the master bedroom, gas stove in the living room and small fan heater for the bathroom. It is strictly forbidden to use the small fan heater for the other rooms . I am sure of your cooperation and thank you for understanding :)
Guests will be given only a set of keys.
