Allen and I (Mike) own a beautiful home on a park. It was built in 1911 and has all of the updated amenities. Allen and I are a married male couple.
We created this space with a longer term guest in mind, but also welcoming the overnight guest too. This queen size bed is wonderfully comfortable and the space includes a 43" 4K Flat screen TV with surround sound and WiFi. For privacy there are lush velvet curtains that can be drawn to envelop your surroundings. The rest of the area features our workout space and a fantastic full bathroom with a massive shower. This bathroom is shared with all pool and hot tub guest seasonally, otherwise it is your private bath. There is a lockable separating door from the bathroom area. The floors are heated throughout and a blackout blind is located in your area. You will be able to use our kitchen for filtered water, coffee and to store your left overs from dining out. We also will allow access to our large saltwater outdoor hot tub, heated salt water pool and enjoying the various common spaces to relax, including our wonderful enclosed and secure backyard and fantastic front porch swing with the view of the park and lake in front of our home. Our home is on a huge city park that is also shared with the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Downtown is within 2 miles from our home and O.S.U. is within 4.5 miles. We are in the Franklin Park / Olde Towne East historical neighborhoods. There are fantastic restaurants all around our immediate area and generally take less than 10 minutes by car or Uber.

Hi and thanks for checking out our home! Allen and I (Mike) are a married couple who have known each other for over 30+ years. We have been a couple since 2002. We are a caring and relaxed pair. We love dining out, traveling and dancing. We can certainly guide you to whatever works for you and also allow you to just relax. Our home is on a huge city park that is also shared with the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. We are within 2 miles of the city center and within 4.5 miles of The Ohio State University. If you are flying into visit our great town, the airport is less than 10 minutes away, or one exit ramp from getting on the highway.

We do have a friendly cat indoors who will check you out, but will certainly not disturb your stay. •If you would like to use our hot tub or steamshower, we request that you ask us to show you how it works on your first visit in. •If you need assistance with laundry, we request you consult us. •Parking for our home is located in front of the house on the street. •The hot tub is clothing optional •Additional guests of guests NOT registered will have a $35.00 add on fee charged to the guest per 3 hour period, renewable up to 6 hours per day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mike & Allen's Lower Level Guest Suite, and I can't say enough good things about it! The location is simply unbeatable. Situated right across the street from a major City Park with a beautiful Conservatory, it was such a treat to have such a picturesque place for morning walks. Just a block away, there's a thriving new market with fantastic restaurant booths, a bar, and even a speakeasy. It's the perfect spot to grab a bite or enjoy a night out. Traveling around the city was incredibly convenient. The suite is a short drive from the Columbus Airport, Downtown, Easton Shopping Center, and the vibrant gay bars. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, you'll find everything you need within easy reach. The guest suite itself was immaculate. The cleanliness of both the room and the common areas was top-notch. The pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor bar were incredible amenities that added a luxurious touch to our stay. It was the perfect setting for relaxation and unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Mike and Allen were exceptional hosts. Their prompt and accommodating communications made the entire booking and check-in process seamless. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Mike & Allen's Lower Level Guest Suite to anyone visiting the area. With its perfect location, spotless accommodations, and fantastic hosts, it's a gem you don't want to miss!

Any gay man, couple or throuple would be foolish not to look to Mike and Allen for their visit to Columbus. A beautifully renovated 1911 house (at three stories do we get to use "mansion"?) on Franklin Park, this home is only surpassed by its owners. Your hosts, both noted professionals in their field, are gracious and accommodating. The downstairs suite comes with exercise equipment and a spacious shower and toilet area (I do love a personal bath with a porcelain urinal!) The hot tub is huge!

Michael and Allen are great hosts and welcomed me back warmly. I stayed in their new room in their basement but couldn't have been more comfortable. This was a working trip for me and I took full advantage of the spacious desk in the room as well as their fast, reliable wifi. The bathroom had a shower that is so spacious and comfortable. While I love the upper floors of their home, for this trip, I made the best choice! I'm be back!

Mike and Allen are the perfect hosts and their house is a true gem. I highly recommend it if you are ever in the Columbus area. The bed was comfy and the common areas were welcoming. I only wish I had been able to stay longer.

Mike and Allen met me when I arrived and gave me a tour of the house and my semi-private area of the house. They were very welcoming. The place was beautiful and located just across the street from Franklin Park. I went for a run the next morning and enjoyed exploring the area. I will definitely be visiting them again in the near future
