Fred was an amazing host. His home is very welcoming and warm. I felt extremely pleased with his greeting. I got there late, but he waited for me to greet me. He has a beautiful home that is so inviting. I felt safe and happy with my stay.

Fred's home is a very welcoming place. He has thought of everything to provide his guests with whatever their needs may be from quiet, comfortable solitude to warm, friendly conversations. I felt very much at home and enjoyed meeting Fred and appreciate him sharing his space with me. I look forward to returning soon.

Fred was an amazing host and his place is immaculate. I was just in town for a meeting but it was great to have a comfy place to rest. Fred is funny and very hospitable, making sure his guest is well taken care of while there. I'll be back!

Wonderful experience his hospitality was 100% the house was clean and wonderful room . Everything was so nice. It was so comfortable and coffee. If I have to go to Ohio againIm sure that would be my place.

Fred is a welcoming and wonderful host. His home is extremely comfortable and pleasant. The guest room with in suite bathroom is impeccable and quiet. It was great being met with Fred's warmth and sincere kindness, like a longtime friend. I hope to stay with Fred again on travels to Columbus.
