A quiet neighborhood with free on-street parking and only 1.5 miles to downtown Columbus. A private bedroom and private bathroom with a soaking tub are located on the second floor. There is also access to a shared bathroom with a shower stall. The living room, dining room, 1/2 bath, kitchen, and laundry room are located on the first floor.

Many of the popular sites in Columbus are close by. By car The Bluestone Columbus is a six-minute drive, the Ohio Theater is nine minutes away, the Palace Theater is eight minutes, the Ohio Statehouse is nine minutes and COSI is a 13-minute drive.
The Short North with its lighted arches, great restaurants, and eclectic shops is only 11 minutes from our home.
Across the street in Franklin Park, there is a bike rental station, and electric scooters from Lime & Spin are available to rent.
Access to the 25-mile long Alum Creek Greenway Trail (bike & hike trail) is located at the end of our street.
Main Street in Bexley offers numerous eateries, boutiques, bakeries, Kroger, and Giant Eagle; only a five-minute drive away.
The newly renovated Trolley Barn (East Side Market) is within walking distance, around the corner, and just three blocks away.
There are several restaurants and bars (gay included) in our area and around downtown Columbus.
