Has a swimming pool relaxing grounds outside areas for eating and sunbathing located close to Fort Lauderdale Miami Beach and downtown Miami. This is a very quiet area safely patrolled daily. El portal is a bird sanctuary located close to Biscayne Boulevard great place to just chill and relax or close enough to hit the night life. Security cameras on the exterior of the entire house absolutely no security cameras in the room. There is no sofa bed unfortunately I was unable to change that feature on the listing this is a full size bed
