Welcome to Maison La Roulière! An 1850 building that has been in our family for 5 generations. We've recently renovated it to bring you the charm and character of a traditional farmhouse, combining period features with modern comforts!

Price includes: Luxury natural washed linen sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel & hairdryer for a comfortable and relaxing stay! Accommodation The 170m2 house comprises a large 80m2 living room and kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, a studio with its own small kitchen, and 3 bathrooms.

----- *LIVING ROOMS* On the ground floor, the communal rooms offer a warm and friendly environment for romantic evenings, vacations with family and friends.

The 50m2 living/dining room includes a sofa bed, TV, DVD player, DVDs in English and French, children's games and a 4-meter table.

The 30m2 kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and other small appliances.

*EXTERIOR* -Large terrace with garden tables and chairs and hammock. -Private parking for your vehicles at the rear of the house. -Lawn of 1000m2 at the front of the house and over 1500m2 at the rear. -A small henhouse for our geese and hens.

* STUDIO 1 The ground floor features a fully-equipped studio with a double bed (140cm), a sofa bed (140cm), a small fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Studio 1 has its own entrance to the terrace and a door to the main kitchen.

* BEDROOM 2* Upstairs, the master bedroom has been renovated with exposed oak beams, a double bed ******** and a BZ sofa bed. It has a large dressing room and private bathroom with Italian-style shower.

*BEDROOM 3* Bedroom 3 has a double bed ********, an exposed stone wall, shelves and a suede armchair for reading by the window.

*ROOM 4* This room features a double bed ********, a few shelves, green & brass decoration and velux windows.

*BATHROOM* The upstairs bathroom with its walk-in shower and separate toilet is shared with rooms 3 & 4.
